Before a single recommendation is made, we go into the business and find out exactly what is there -- what is working, what is not, and what the real problem is underneath the one everyone has been trying to fix.

 The process takes 16 to 20 hours spread across three to four weeks. It is not disruptive to your operation. And it produces something most owners have never had: a clear, honest, financially-grounded picture of what is actually in the way.

The Read

A series of private conversations with you and each member of your leadership team, followed by one facilitated session with the full group together.

These are not interviews. They are structured conversations designed to surface what the business cannot see about itself. The questions do the work. By the end, most owners have already identified the real problem -- often for the first time.
