The VITAL Strategy Session is a structured full-day facilitation build on your business’s actual diagnostic findings. Using the Crux methodology, we identify the pivotal issue blocking performance today - not the loudest complaint, not the most recent crisis, but the underlying challenge that, if solved, makes other problems easier or unnecessary.
Every issue that surfaces gets run through our DMV Operating Standary: Define it precisely, extract the Meaning (what the data tells you about root cause), produce Value (ownership, action, timeline). No issue moves forward without passing all three stages. Every action that makes the final list must connect to the income statement within 12 months. If it can’t, it waits.
